WHAT IS THIS:

Huda Beauty Sapphire  Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette is packed with a selection of nine highly pigmented mattes and striking shimmers, all with a smooth and blendable texture.

Sapphire has five duo-chrome and four matte shades in vivid aquamarine and other cool tones.

Huda Beauty Sapphire Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette is a new, limited edition set of shimmers and mattes with a blue theme. If you’re someone who tends to use a dampened brush, fingertips, or a glitter glue with their shimmers and doesn’t mind using an eyeshadow primer, I expect that the more original color scheme/types of shades may make it workable. I do think that it is a fussy palette and needs some patience/specific techniques and tools to work with. The mattes were dustier and not as pigmented as anticipated, while a few of the shimmers had less desirable textures that made them a challenge to use.

HOW TO USE:

1. Blend the shadows seamlessly together, using darker shades in the crease, and lighter hues along the brow bone and inner corners of the eye.
2. Using a smudge or liner brush, apply one of the darker shades along the top and bottom lash line.
3. With your ring finger, or with fixing spray on an eyeshadow brush, apply the shimmer shade to the center of your eyelid to amp up the glamour.
