Fructis Hair Food as a mask

First of all, it is important that you wash your hair with a Fructis shampoo and conditioner that suits your hair type. Afterwards, remove excess water with a towel.

Next, apply the mask from mid-lengths to ends. If you have short hair, apply it only to the ends. Try to do it strand by strand, covering each strand for more intense hydration.

Leave it on for 1 minute, rinse with plenty of warm water and finish with 30 seconds of cold water to close the cuticles and stimulate blood circulation to the scalp.
